How does BlinnPR interact with their clients?
We're comfortable with ALL forms of interaction, whether the preferred mode of communication is telephone, email, instant messaging, fax, video conferencing or face to face. That said, we insist on holding regularly scheduled weekly meetings or conference calls with our clients so we can openly discuss important issues.
We are always careful to contact journalists and analysts using their preferred methods of interaction, and we show the same respect for our clients' communications preferences.
In order to ensure that information has been effectively communicated, whether it's face to face or electronic, we always follow up each interaction with verification, outlining the items discussed and the agreed-upon next steps.
BlinnPR also periodically conducts interviews with client contacts in order to garner feedback about our performance. We use these "report cards" to develop action plans to improve client service and continually exceed client expectations.
