How does BlinnPR interact with their clients?
We utilize your preferred modes of communication; telephone,
email, IM, SMS, fax, video conferencing or f2f. That said, we insist on holding weekly meetings or
conference calls with you so we can openly discuss important issues.
In order to ensure that information has been effectively
communicated, whether via f2f or electronic means, we follow up each
interaction with written verification, outlining the items discussed and the
agreed-upon next steps.
In all communications made on your behalf, we are always
careful to contact journalists and analysts using their preferred methods of
interaction.
BlinnPR also periodically conducts interviews with you and
other key executives in your company in order to garner feedback about our
performance. We use these "report cards" to develop action plans to
improve client service and continually exceed client expectations.
