New York City-based BlinnPR is an independent boutique public relations agency founded as Steven Blinn & Associates in 1995 by Steven Blinn. From 1993 through 1995, Mr. Blinn operated a public relations consultancy from a studio apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. In 1998, the company name was changed to BlinnPR, reflecting a transformation driven by expansion of our client base and capabilities. The company relocated to its present 14th Street headquarters in 1998.

BlinnPR specializes in working with financial service, technology, healthcare and business to business clients.

In 2000, BlinnPR became a charter member of NAIPRA (North American Association of Independent Public Relations Agencies), an innovative network of 103 boutique PR firms across the US and Canada. This affiliation gives us the reach and capabilities comparable to agencies of significant size, while maintaining the high level of service that only a boutique firm can provide.
