Worked on SBA’s national program to target the small business and entrepreneurial marketplace based on two sound business principles: customer driven outreach and quality focused management.  Through research and analysis of specific industries and bilingual business owners, BlinnPR personnel identified improved professional support methods to reach small business audiences.  Groups, such as trade associations, unions, employment agencies, professional groups, and chamber of commerce conveyed the newly developed messages to the audiences.
